Install the CPU:

Carefully remove the CPU socket cover on the motherboard.

     Align the CPU correctly and gently place it into the socket.

     Secure the CPU by lowering the socket lever.

     Preparation:

     Make sure you have a clean and well-lit workspace.

     Gather the necessary tools, such as a screwdriver (if required) and

thermal paste (if not pre-applied).

     Locate the CPU Socket:

     Identify the CPU socket on your motherboard. It is usually a

rectangular area with small holes and metal contacts.

     Open the CPU Socket:

     Locate the CPU socket lever or retention mechanism on the

motherboard.

     Gently lift the lever or unlock the retention mechanism, following the

manufacturer's instructions. This action will open the socket.

     Identify the CPU Alignment:

     Examine the CPU for notches or markings that indicate the correct

orientation.

     On the motherboard, there is usually a small triangle or other indicator

near the socket to help you align the CPU correctly.

     Install the CPU:

     Carefully lift the CPU from its packaging, holding it by the sides to

avoid touching the delicate pins or contacts.

     Align the notches or markings on the CPU with the corresponding

indicators on the socket.
